Every Quelxian product is carefully handcrafted just for you.
Most orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Processing time for pre-orders and backorders may take longer—details are noted on the specific product pages. When the order ships you will receive a tracking number.
Shipping Timelines
· Within USA: 3 to 14 business days
· International: 6 to 14 business days
Please keep in mind that during holidays, new releases, and sales events, shipping may take a little longer than usual. These timeframes come from our shipping partners and serve as helpful guidelines. We appreciate your patience if any unexpected delays happen along the way, and we’re here to help with any questions you may have!
Can I change an address after the order is placed?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information when placing orders. While we will do our best to accommodate address change requests, they cannot be guaranteed. Packages returned to Quelxian due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Trying to find your package?
The carrier may have placed it in a safe location so be sure to check all doors, porches, decks, mailboxes, and the garage. If you live in an apartment, we suggest you check your front desk or mailroom. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered when they are still en route. If you are unable to locate your package within 2-3 days of the expected delivery, please contact the shipping carrier.
What is a return for an "undeliverable address" mean?
An undeliverable address may result from incorrect or incomplete information, such as a missing PO Box or apartment number, refused deliveries, or packages marked “return to sender.” Quelxian is not responsible for returns caused by undeliverable addresses. If reshipment is required, a fee will apply to resend the package.
Please report any lost, damaged, or delayed orders within one week of the last tracking update or delivery date to ensure timely resolution.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds and product exchange should be made within 3 days of receipt of package. The merchandise must be unworn/unused/unwashed and must have all original tickets and tags. The customer must pay for return and reshipment costs on all returned/exchanged items.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item(s) that are still in the original package and unworn within 5 days of purchase. Please send us a quick message at quelxian@gmail..com. When exchanging an item, we can only provide an exchange for the same item. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
What items are not eligible to return or exchange?
Sale items, special orders, personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, and any items marked as non-returnable in their descriptions are all final sale and cannot be returned. Returns are also not accepted for purchases made at pop-up shops or through third-party vendors.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a return or exchange. Please note that refunds, replacements, or exchanges are not available for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of wear and tear.
